As the old saying goes, “It takes three weeks to form a habit.” If that’s the case then I officially have two more weeks until running becomes a regular habit for me. Tomorrow morning will mark my first weekly weigh-in. I registered 247 lbs. last Monday morning. Not entirley sure what to expect tomorrow. It better be an actual loss and not a gain. I haven’t been eating better foods necessarily, but I have been eating less after 6:00 p.m. Hopefully, that will make a difference. Lowered my two-mile track time tonight to 17:02, eleven seconds better than my previous best from yesterday. Official week one results will be posted tomorrow.
